Joe Ngai

Joe is a senior partner and chairman of McKinsey’s offices in Greater China. Previously, Joe led McKinsey’s Financial Services and Private Equity Practices in Greater China. He has led many large-scale transformation efforts for Chinese and multinational organizations.

Joe is frequently quoted in top-tier media outlets such as CNBC, the Financial Times & China Daily and he speaks frequently at major international forums.

He has been appointed to various government advisory committees, and he is also a board member of the Hong Kong Education Commission and the University Grants Council.

Joe is passionate about social enterprise and education. He is chairman of DiamondCab; president of Phillips Exeter Academy Association of Hong Kong; a director of the Diocesan Boys’ School Foundation; and a director and former president of the Harvard Business School Association of Hong Kong.
Recognized for his influence, Joe was named one of the “2023 Forbes China 100 Most Influential Chinese” and was honored as one of the “2022 CEOs of the Year for Multinational Corporations in China” by Jiemian News.

Stephen Lee

City Pastor, Saddleback Church Hong Kong

Pastor Stephen Lee was born and raised in Hong Kong. During school, he focused on gymnastics. Pastor Stephen has been engaged in corporate management in Hong Kong and Mainland China for many years. Before joining Saddleback Church, he was the President of Peter F. Drucker Academy, a non-profit management education institution. He also served as the chairman of a charity foundation in China, which was the first batch of formally registered private charity foundation in China.

In addition, Pastor Stephen is passionate by prison work. He has served in Prison Fellowship in Hong Kong, China and International for more than 30 years. Now Pastor Stephen is the City Pastor of Saddleback Church Hong Kong, together with his wife and three children, he is working hard to create a community where the people of Hong Kong are cared, and a place closer to God.

Mills is a Registered Industrial-Organizational Psychologist. Not only is he a corporate trainer, but he is also a presenter in TV programs, such as ViuTV’s 《讓我一次買個夠》 and TVB’s《絕世港男》. He regularly makes appearances on a YouTube channel called Mill Milk’s 《Pantry有嘢斟》 alongside hosting a weekly radio program for RTHK 1’s 《捉心理》and《講東講西》.

His career went across different industries, during which he was in charge of the Regional Department of Learning & Development and Talent Management for various Fortune 100 Multi National Corporations and management consulting firms. Mills is now leading 5 companies for people development consultation, employee wellbeing development and learning technology innovation.

Michael Ning (白只)

Hong Kong Actor and Musician
Co-founder of Juicyning Performance Group

Michael Ning 白只 graduated from the Drama School of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honors) degree with a major in acting. He is also a member of the independent band Juicyning and the band Da Air Refresher. In 2015, he won the Best Supporting Actor award at the 52nd Golden Horse Awards and the 35th Hong Kong Film Awards for his performance in the film “Port of Call.”

Ernest Tse

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ernest initially faced setbacks at the starting line and experienced academic challenges. However, these circumstances motivated him to enter the workforce at an earlier stage. Standing strong within the fiercely competitive real estate agency industry, he was promoted to branch manager in 2007. Over the course of 17 consecutive years, he has won the prestigious Ten Million Branch Manager award. Remarkably, for 7 out of those years, he ranked among the company’s top 5 performers. Did he achieve this success through ruthlessness? Or was it the result of cultivating a network of genuine connections and fostering a sincere approach?

Patricia Lau

Patricia was born in Hong Kong and has held various leadership roles in the finance industry, most recently as Managing Director of an investment bank. She came to faith through Alpha more than a decade ago and is passionate about seeing people coming to know Jesus. Since 2020, God has led her to take up the role of Executive Director of Alpha Hong Kong. She is thrilled to join Alpha and desires to see every believer in Hong Kong being equipped and empowered to spread the Good News.
